Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification :
For Gynaecologist : MBBS, MD/Diploma (Gynae) from institution Recognized by Medical council of India.
For Medical Officer : M.B.B.S. from a recognized institute, registered with Haryana Medical Council.
For ANM (Maternal Health) : ANM/Multi Purpose Health Worker (Female) course from recognized Institute. Registered with Haryana Nursing Council & One Year Experience.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit :

For Gynaecologist : 65 Years
For Medical Officer : 58 Years
For ANM (Maternal Health) : 55 Years
How to Apply : Intrested Candidates may fullfill the application Form and sent through Registered Post to the Dy. Civil Surgeon (NHM), O/o Civil Surgeon, Yamunanagar, Pin- 135001 on or before 20.03.2015. All the columns of the application form should be filled in. By Hand application will also be accepted on all working day (Monday to Friday) between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Date and time for Written test and interview- 24.03.2015 Time 9:00 AM.

For WDT Member (Agriculture, Soil & Water Management) : Professional degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, water Management. In case the candidate with above qualification are not available. The candidate having diploma in Agriculture Engineering, Civil Engineering, Water Management or two years certificate course in surveying/drawing and with 55% of marks.
For WDT Member (Social Mobilization) Only for Woman : Degree in Social Mobilization and Institutional Building. In case of candidate with above qualification are not found available, the candidate having degree in Geography, Geology, Sociology, Botany or B.Sc and with 55% of marks.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : 21 to 45 Years
