Educational Qualification :
For Mamlatdar / Jt. Mamlatdar  : Degree in Law of a recognised University.  Knowledge of local revenue laws, laws governing maintenance of law and order, planning and development works and public distribution system. Knowledge of Konkani.
Desirable : Knowledge of Marathi.
For Assistant Lecturers :  A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub- section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.  Knowledge of Konkani.
Desirable : Registered for Post-Graduate Degree in concerned speciality. Knowledge of Marathi.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : 42 years
