Eligibility Criteria
Bank of Baroda conduct a Online written examination for the recruitment of as Probationary Officer in Junior Management Grade / Scale-I through the 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance course in Baroda Manipal School of Banking, Bangalore or in any other Institute in other part of the country. In this article we will discuss about BOB exam Pattern, syllabus and Eligibility Criteria.

BOB PO Exam Pattern : Candidates shall be selected by BOB through a selection process consisting of an (open) online exam followed by Group Discussion AND Interview.

No. of Questions : 200
Time Duration : 2 Hours (120 Minute)
Negative Marking : 0.25 Marks deducted for Wrong answer.
This time the exam is going to be online. This exam consists of the following sections.

Reasoning :

Max. Marks : 50 Marks

Quantitative Aptitude :
Max. Marks : 50 Marks
No. of Questions : 50 Qs
English Language :
Max. Marks : 50 Marks

General Awareness(with special reference to Banking Industry) :

Group Discussion and Personal Interview : The aggregate marks of candidates qualifying in the Online Test will be arranged in descending order in each category and the candidates in the order of merit, subject to 4 times the number of intake in each category, will be called for Group Discussion and Interview. The qualifying marks in Group Discussion & Interview will be as decided by the Bank.

First Section – Test of Reasoning :
First section will be Logical Reasoning means the process of forming judgement conclusions from premises or facts. The question in this section may be based on Verbal and Non-Verbal.

Non-Verbal means :

Second Section – English Language :
Second section of is English language. It is one of the most important languages because it is wider and useful in all over the world, so the managing committee wants to select only those candidates who are capable of understand English. The questions in this section may be asked from the topics

Third Section – Quantitative Aptitude :
Third section is Quantitative Aptitude in this question will have five multiple-choice answers. The question in this selection may be based on two topics like as Arithmetic and Data Interpretation.

Eligibility Criteria :  Degree (Graduation) with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in any discipline from a recognized University OR any equivalent qualification as such recognized by Central Government.

Age : As on 17.03.2015

Minimum : 20 years
Maximum : 28 years
