Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification : Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university and Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC.

Selection Process : The selection shall be based on performance of the candidates in the interview.

For Professional Assistant : M. Lib.Sc./M.L.I.Sc or equivalent with 50% marks. Master’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other discipline with 50% and B.Lib. Sc./ B.L.I.Sc. with 50% marks. Computer Science paper at Graduate /PG level of Six months Computer Science course from a recognized institution.
For Senior Assistant : Graduate with minimum 50% marks or Post Graduate with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University in any discipline with working knowledge of computers, and Diploma/Certificate of minimum 6 months duration in Computer Application/Office Management/Secretarial Practice/Financial Management/Accounts or equivalent discipline. Minimum 04 years of Administrative Experience.
