For Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager : Bachelor Degree in Mining/ Metallurgy / Material Science / Chemical / Ceramic/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation / Electronics & Telecommunication/ Civil Engineering and other qualification as per Official Notification.
For Management Trainee (MT) : Full time Degree in Engineering from recognized Indian University/ Institution in Mechanical, Electrical/Instrumentation//Electronics & Telecommunication, Metallurgy, Civil with Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Graduation (55% for SC/ST) or equivalent.
