Educational Qualification :
For Assistant Security Officer : Graduate with 4 years relevant experience .
For Junior Superintendent : Masters Degree with 5 years relevant experience or Bachelors Degree with 7 years relevant experience in Government Departments .
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : 40 Years
Application Fees : Candidates Have to pay Rs.500/- for other Candidates & Rs.250/- SC, ST and PD candidates through Demand Draft  should  be drawn in favor of the Registrar, Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) payable at S.B.I., I.T. BHU Branch (Code 11445), Varanasi.
